Charlie is all boy and like's it when we find worms and bugs! Thankfully Moppy can deal with it, as long as it isn't a spider!!

This afternoon after Charlie and Moppy pulled some weeds, we're hot and

 sweaty so I let Charlie run thought the sprinkler!

Easter Eggs

Tonight Charlie and Moppy dyed our easter eggs. Surprisingly this is the first time we have dyed easter eggs. Actually the dye we used tonight I bought last year but we never got around to using it.

Two eggs dropped and cracked already!

Family Photo

Ryan is in town so Moppy wanted to get a family photo done. We went this morning before 

Chaz and Ryan started installing a wood floor for Meanie. I am so glad we went and we

 got a great picture of the boys together. 

Easter Bunny

For the last few years Charlie has not wanted anything to do with the Easter Bunny or Santa. Well Moppy decided she wanted a picture with the Easter Bunny!! So I decided to strike a deal or some may call it bribing. Ever since I took Charlie to the St. Peters Rec Plex to go swimming he has been asking to go back to the indoor pool, so I told him if he sat with the easter bunny and smiled for a picture I would take him swimming, he quickly agreed to the deal! When we arrived he hid behind me for a second but then went right up and told the Easter Bunny his full name, and was talking away. When it came time for the picture he gave that fake Charlie smile well the girls and bunny thought they could do better,  so the bunny tickled him .  Well Charlie didn't like that and elbowed the bunny who then begin to laugh and had to take a couple of minutes to compose himself before we could snap the picture. Charlie was talking the whole time but I really couldn't hear him so i'm not sure if he said something to make the bunny laugh or if it was the fact that he hauled off and elbowed him . (the ladies referred to the bunny as him and he so I am guessing it was a guy) OK now the real kicker we get to the Rec Plex and the pool is closed, Charlie was not happy and started crying, which I can't say I blame him, I was disappointed myself!  So I owe him a trip to the swimming pool!

Sydney is turning one!!

Which means birthday party fun at Molly, Norah, Sydney and Dan's house!! The kids had a great time playing on the climber and playing hide and seek in the back yard.

For the past few days every since Arthur (from the PBS show) made brownies, Charlie has been asking if we could make some. So today we did. But as it so happens this is another thing Charlie wanted to make but won't eat.

I'M NOT SLEEPY!!

A sure sign Charlie is sleepy , he will just start telling you how he isn't sleepy! This was about five minutes after he told me he wasn't sleepy and wanted to stay up till midnight with daddy.

Yesterday when going to pick Charlie up from his Teens n Tots class, I found this Snapping Turtle hatchling. We will release him today by the creek and hopefully will get to watch him grow.

Extreme Water Sliding

This past weekend it was in the 90 so out came the pool. When Charlie asked for the slide and went and got his little Escalade I never dreamed he would come up with this....

I am scared to see what Charlie comes up with when he is a teen since he already comes up with some pretty crazy stuff. Oh and Chaz caught him just as he was going to try and ride the car down the climber slide.

Should of bought that hat!!

This hat is so cute on Charlie, but he didn't want it. He wouldn't of ever wore it, but at least I go a few cute picture's of him in it. He did find a pair of shoe's that he just had to have and didn't take off till bath time!
