Day with Norah

well it had bee three weeks since we seen Molly and Norah.. way over due! I was a little worried how the day would go since Charlie woke up at 4:30 this morning and didn't fall asleep in the car on the way to Ellisville. So this morning we met at Chuck E. Cheese and then over to their house to play for a while. Plus the kids exchanged Christmas gifts today and we had so much fun I don't know where the day went!

Air Hockey

Today we met friends at Playtime, which is always a good time. But today I got the feeling that when the kids were playing Air Hockey that they actually were understanding the ideal of the game.

MeetUp Christmas Party

Today was our MeetUp group Christmas party, Jen and Carter hosted and it was a great time Charlie and I hung around after everyone left and the boys did some cleaning, dressed up and washed the dishes.... It was a great day!! Thanks Jen and Carter!!

Dino's

Today we went to the Saint Louis Science Center to see Dinosaurs Unearthed this is a amazing exhibit that is very realistic!! Charlie enjoyed walking with dinosaurs, they were very life like and intractive some had buttons you could push to make them come to life. Then we took in the rest of the science center and walked over to the Planetarium and took in the exhibits but didn't go in, we really need

to one of these days but

it was already almost 2 and

an hour past nap time.

Play-Date

Since Daddy had a class today we invited friends over for a play-date. When I went to check on Charlie and Carter playing in Charlie's room this is what I found....

Christmas Tree

So last Friday we went out to a tree farm and cut down a tree. I forgot to take a camera so no pictures of the hunt for the perfect tree but I can tell you it was cold out and you lose yourself in the rows of trees.
Then Charlie and I set on a hunt for LED lights which after six stores we had no luck finding what we wanted so we settled on some pine-cone shaped multi colored ones. Well I hated them so Saturday we headed out to return them and continue the search for LED lights. Charlie wanted blinking ones but we could only find two boxes which I knew wouldn't be enough. So we picked out some nice round ones and a string that says "MERRY CHRISTMAS".

On the way home from Palm Coast we stopped to visit with Ron and Linda , they showed us around town. We enjoyed our visit very much and have plans to go back again for a long weekend and see some more of TN.

We have wanted to take Charlie to a big Aquarium for a long time! The Tennessee Aquarium is defiantly wroth a visit! It was a little pricey but we all enjoyed it until Charlie got too sleepy and the meltdowns began.

Dancing with Pam

Palm Coast, FL

I love Palm Coast , FL you have all the great things the go along with Florida without all the tourist trap stuff! The beaches are beautiful and not very crowded, the sand is different at every beach!
At first Charlie was scared of the ocean again but quickly got over that and loved playing in the water. But he always seemed to have one eye on the water.

Back home...

for Thanksgiving we went to Palm Coast , FL to visit our friends the Abernathy's (Larry and Pam), we hadn't seen them in almost a year so it was great to see them! Along our travels we stopped in to visit cousin Ron and Linda, in GA to see Biggin' and Becky and the last stop was in Piggott AR to visit The Watson's Betty and Buckley. In all I think it was 2760 miles. I have lots of pictures to share....

Family Vacation

Thanksgiving Craft

Well tonight while Daddy was at School Charlie and Moppy made some Turkey's. I wanted to do something different the the trace hands and cut out so this is what I came up with and we had fun making them....

Dinner Party

This past Saturday we were invited to go to Carter's house for dinner, Carter being Charlie Pal who he begs to see. Carters mom Jen is my friend and his Daddy Jason and Chaz get along to so it is always a great time when we get to spend some time together! We had a wonderful dinner and very much enjoyed hang out after dinner talking while the boys played most of the time good together but we did have a few moments of tears. All I can say is 5 hours flew by , Thanks so much for having us! At the very end of the evening when the boys were whipped I pulled out the camera and got a few shots...
