Ice is Slippery

Sorry it so fuzzy but Charlie didn't want to stay still!! We went 

out to Explore the ice that is covering everything and
 Charlie slipped and fell. He cut his

 cheek with on as stick that was on the ground. 

Pine Cone Bird Feeder's

So I have been wanting to make these since before Christmas and Charlie has not wanted to. Today I made him! He liked having the gloves on but that was about it,  he wanted to eat the peanut butter not put it on the pine cone !

Things you will need

Bird seed

Peanut Butter

String

Pine Cone's

 (Thanks to Larry and Pam we got some huge
Pine Cone's from their yard in Florida!!)

We Melted the  Peanut butter in the
microwave (high 20 seconds or so)

 Spoon peanut butter over the pine cone
or roll Pine cone around in Peanut butter

 Place Pine cone in bird seed, We did it right inside
the bag of bird seed one less bowl to clean up
 and the birds won't mind if some of the peanut butter
 come off into the seed and they get it another day.

 scoop seed onto pie cone and roll it around until covered well

Place pine cone on wax paper and let the peanut butter firm back up

Fort Improvements

Today we made the entrance bigger and added a tunnel entrance/exit.

Now thats a bag of Chocolate chips!!!

Snow Fort

Growing up we had six lots between us and the next house so they pushed all the snow there and we could make some amazing tunnels and forts!! Well today the plow pushed some of the snow in front of our house so we had to make a snow fort!! This was just the start of it, Charlie went in the house before I could really dig out the inside.... tomorrow!! I think I enjoy going out to play in the snow more then he does!

Where does he get this stuff??

We are sitting at the table painting and Charlie tells me.....Where there is snow there is slush, where there is slush there is ice, where there is ice there is broken hips!

 Charlie had been pretending while in the tub to make secret recipes then Moppy seen these bath fizz tablets at Walmart. Thinking this would be perfect chance for Charlie to learn about mixing colors plus have fun!
