Today we checked out a new to us pumpkin patch Theis Farm ... let me just say this place was so much fun!! Unlike many other pumpkin patches the play area is not free but it is so worth the money. Added bonus they have some shaded picnic areas so you can bring lunch, eat, and play some more!

Hunt for Dragons
Yesterday afternoon we went on a hunt for dragon's at Cuiver River State Park.. it was funny because we had a deer on the path in front of us and i said Charlie look a deer he tells me yea mom but we're looking for dragons

Birthday Gifts
Opening gifts was very different today from last Christmas. At Christmas Charlie opened one gift and was done he didn't want to open anymore he wanted to keep that gift. This morning he ripped thought them in a mater of seconds and was asking if there were anymore presents.

Pirate Fest
Today we went to the Pirate Fest in Wentzville. We had gone a few years back and had a good time plus Charlie's Great Aunt Rhonda sent us a coupon for buy one admission get one free so it was a great deal too. We had a blast! The Ladies sword fighting were OK but Charlie made it so much funnier and people were laughing at him more then them. He had made friends with one of the ladies before the show and her roll was the lesser pirate in the show. Well Charlie just wasn't going to stand for that and was ready to jump in and help her out, it was so darn cute!! Then he met a real cutie pie in the line for the water balloon battle which was after he had a sword fight with a pirate. But then the lack of nap jumped on his back and after finding some castles that were locked and not being able to get a dragon , that was over price he was done... so my cute little boy is back until his next adventure as a pirate or ?

toad and a new bump
So Charlie was in bed all nice and peaceful... well Moppy let the dog out and here is this really big toad, I just have to show it to Charlie... bad plan!! He now doesn't want to got to bed and a little while ago ran to hid in my bed and knocked his head don the headboard.
